|Human Capital Integrated (HCI) is a management and human resources consulting firm specializing in integrating the selection, development, and management of talent. To meet this end, HCI utilizes scientifically-based techniques routed in the science and practice of organizational psychology. Critical to the success of any organization, regardless of size, industry, or location is the people that make up that organization.
